amount in cash (Cheque will not be accepted) into Company-s following Account at any QNB branch:

The interested Bidders shall mention their company-s name and Tender Number on the payment receipt
provided by the bank and submit it as Tender Fee receipt.
Besides the Tender fee receipt (which should have the Tender Number and bidder-s name clearly mentioned
on it), interested bidders shall also submit a copy of the valid Commercial Registration, an authorization
letter from their company with the name, telephone, fax and e-mail ID of the focal point for this tender
(Very Important), during the submission of Tender Fee Receipt for ensuring electronic receipt of the
Tender Document.
Tender Fee Receipt along with the specified documents shall be submitted to purchase@qafco.com.qa on
the dates indicated above, after payment of Tender Fee (nonrefundable).
After submission of the above documents to the above email, Tender Document will be provided through
an electronic platform separately after the last date of Tender Fee Receipt Submission Date.
